Our Favorite Specialty Cocktails of 2017
Whether it’s a his & hers, a twist on a classic, reminiscent of your favorite furry friend, or specifically hand crafted for you by our mixologists, specialty cocktails are one of our favorite ways to add a memorable touch to your special day. Our 2017 sure was full of some delicious drinks… So to inspire you as we look forward to another delicious year ahead, we’ve compiled a list of our favorites from this past year to tickle your taste buds and get your creative juices flowing!
Aptly named after our groom, this cocktail was a take on a classic Aperol Spritz, and a definite crowd favorite. Beautifully garnished with a fresh orange peel and ready to drink!
Kombucha cocktails! That’s right, we took beet kombucha (locally made by our pals at Dalai Sofia) and added it to prosecco. A tad healthy, a touch bubbly, and totally tasty!
Mai Tai The Knot:
You won’t want to ‘Tai the Knot’ without this Squeeze original handcrafted cocktail! Our take on the classic Mai Tai features island style light rum, house-made orgeat (almond liqueur) and a touch of ginger-lemongrass
among its other ingredients.
Rosemary-Grapefruit Moscow Mule:
We love mixing up a classic with fresh squeezed juices and house-made infusions! Our rosemary-infused vodka, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, ginger beer & a touch of fresh squeezed lime took the Moscow Mule we all know to the next level of mouthwatering.
We had several specialty cocktails in 2017 named after our couples furry friends, but The “Remy” was at the top of the tasty list! Featuring gin, soda water, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and our house-made blackberry-basil puree, this cocktail was both photogenic & fabulously delicious.
From our handcrafted cocktail list, this gin-based specialty drink features elderflower, basil, muddled cucumber, fresh lime and celery bitters for a light and refreshing taste. It’s a sure crowd-pleaser and the perfect choice for a warm weather event!
